Terms and Conditions

1. General

These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, quotations and agreements of UV Print Shop B.V., established in Leiden, the Netherlands, and to all its brand expressions, including but not limited to fotohexagon.nl, cirkelz.nl, mijncanvasfoto.nl and printmyai.eu.

2. Offers and Quotations

All offers and quotations are without obligation, unless stated otherwise. Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

3. Agreement

An agreement is concluded upon written confirmation of the order by UV Print Shop or upon commencement of the work.

4. Performance of the Assignment

• We strive to carry out all orders within the agreed timeframe
• Delivery times are indicative and non-binding
• In the event of force majeure, delivery times may be extended
• The client must provide all necessary materials and information in a timely manner

5. Right of Withdrawal for Personalized Products

The statutory right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or that are clearly intended for a specific person.

This concerns, among other things, products manufactured using images, photos, texts, designs or other personal files supplied by the consumer, as well as products for which the consumer has chosen the size, finish, printing or other product specifications in such a way that the product is manufactured specifically for this consumer.

For such personalized products, the consumer cannot withdraw from the agreement after placing the order on the basis of the statutory right of withdrawal.

This exclusion does not affect the consumer's statutory rights in the event of a defective, damaged or incorrectly delivered product.

6. Quality and Warranty

We guarantee that all work will be carried out in accordance with the agreed specifications and using high-quality materials and techniques.

• Warranty on print quality: 6 months under normal use
• Warranty on material application: in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications
• Complaints must be reported within 14 days of delivery

7. Prices and Payment

• All prices are exclusive of VAT, unless stated otherwise
• Payment must be made within 14 days of the invoice date
• In the event of late payment, we are entitled to charge interest
• Advance payment may be requested for large orders

8. Intellectual Property

All designs, logos and other intellectual property provided by the client remain the property of the client. UV Print Shop may only use these for the performance of the assignment.

The client declares that he/she holds all necessary rights or permissions with regard to the supplied material, including but not limited to copyrights, trademark rights and portrait rights. The client fully indemnifies UV Print Shop against all claims of third parties in connection with (alleged) infringement of intellectual property rights.

UV Print Shop reserves the right to refuse orders if there is reasonable doubt about the lawfulness of the supplied material.

9. Liability

UV Print Shop is not liable for indirect damage, such as loss of profit, consequential damage or immaterial damage, unless there is intent or wilful recklessness.

UV Print Shop is likewise not liable for damage or claims arising from the use, reproduction or publication of material supplied by the client to which the client was not entitled to use.

10. Force Majeure

In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to illness, technical failures, supply problems of third parties, we are entitled to suspend the performance of the agreement without being obliged to pay compensation.

11. Applicable Law

Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in the Leiden district.
